Raised in Tacoma, Lawrence understands the benefits of living in the Pacific Northwest, with its unique arts, culture and diversity. Lawrence graduated from Stadium High School and went on to work at The Broadway Center for the Performing Arts production managing performances at the Pantages and Rialto Theaters. He went on to teach at the Annie Wright School for a decade. In his free time he competed on HGTV’s All American Handyman and makes regular appearances on King 5’s New Day Northwest as their handyman.

For over a year Lawrence has been a Real Estate Broker at Better Properties North Proctor taking his passion for home improvement and connecting with people to work. As a life long Tacoma resident he is well connected to the community and often knows someone everywhere he goes.
