We recently bought our house with Emma as buyer’s agent.Our search was in the area that has a status of a “forever seller’s market”: prices in a constantly upward trend, multiple offers and bidding wars. We did not have unlimited budget, it is Covid times and inventory is almost non-existent. For a buyer’s agent it means to be available for showings on a moments notice, be on top of things and be in a constant contact with both sides. Emma was all that for this deal: yes, we had a help from above for our house, but I cannot imagine a better agent for us. She truly went above and beyond, and saved our signing: the seller’s side did not produce septic inspection papers on time. We felt it was too risky to sign without seeing the report or a proof of one on a day of signing. Emma connected to one of her contacts for septic work and somehow this person was able to locate the report and send to us 6 minutes before we were supposed to sign. We were about to walk away. Instead, we are now moving in! Thank you Emma!
