I took my chances having Zillow match me up with an agent since I didn’t know one in the area. I’m so glad I did because I feel like I won the real estate lottery! From the very beginning, Emma was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and so very accommodating. She gave me virtual live video tours when I was not able to travel, and when we did meet she scheduled tours so efficiently we were always able to maximize our time to see multiple homes in a short window. The market has been very strange during this pandemic and buyers have had to work harder with the low inventory of available homes. We had to maneuver several unique scenarios, but she advised us well and advocated for us always. In the end, we got the house that was absolutely perfect for us in every way and we couldn’t be happier. What’s even better is we have made a wonderful new local friend in the process.
