From the beginning I liked Emma. She is very eager to please and showed us many houses. She worked with us and our rigorous schedule and showed us houses morning, noon, and night. She has excellent communication skills. She went out of town one day and made sure to tell us that she would still be available. I immediately had trust for her and that’s why she became our agent.
